Built on a simple belief: you should know about problems before your customers do.

Racomo emerged from a recognition that most monitoring tools are built from the inside out — they watch your servers, your containers, your logs. Useful, but incomplete. They cannot tell you what a customer in Auckland, Singapore, or London actually experiences when they try to reach your service.

We built Racomo to be different: an outside-in platform that probes your digital infrastructure the same way your users do — from multiple global locations, across every protocol that matters. HTTP, DNS, SSL, ports, keywords, and heartbeats — all in one place, all on predictable per-domain pricing.

Today Racomo serves enterprises across New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines — and beyond — in sectors where digital availability directly affects revenue, compliance, or public safety. We are available as a managed cloud service or as a fully self-hosted on-premises deployment for organisations with sovereignty requirements.

Data Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest uses AES-256 encryption. Monitoring check data and credentials are stored with strict access controls.

Probe Security

Our global probe nodes operate in isolated environments with no persistent storage of target response bodies. Check results are transmitted to our platform over encrypted channels.

Access Control

Role-based access control (RBAC) at the domain and account level. Multi-factor authentication enforced for all administrator accounts. Full audit log of configuration changes.

Infrastructure Resilience

Our cloud-hosted platform is deployed across multiple availability zones. Probe nodes are geographically distributed to ensure platform availability independent of any single region failure.

Compliance & Audit

Full incident history, configuration change logs, and uptime records are retained per your plan tier. Enterprise customers can request extended audit exports for compliance reporting purposes.

We operate a responsible disclosure programme. If you identify a security concern in our platform, please contact security@racomo.com. We acknowledge all reports within 48 hours.
